Very good hospital and good service. Overall experience was good. The services and the staff, doctors were excellent in all ways.

We were hopeful of normal / natural birthing so the very first and only choice of hospital was Shanbhag Hospital. We are extremely grateful to Dr Geetha. The sincere guidance, support, feedback and confidence she gave us helped us greatly in managing the journey through pregnancy and labour.
With immense knowledge, experience and wisdom she holds the empathy she showed and clear communication she had with us helped us sail through the pregnancy and delivery without fear and anxiety. Hospital staff starting from front desk, ward boys, lab technicians, aayas, nurses, doctors have empathy and service as their motto and it is very evident in their actions.
The admission process was smooth and fast. The wards are clean and tidy. Ward goes through frequent cleaning and will always be neat.
The constant support and words of affirmation by every department in the hospital towards natural birthing created a positive atmosphere, reduces anxiety and elevates one’s confidence in the process of labour. Nursing staff had great impact on the labour process and would like to thank the team for taking such good care of the mother during labour and both mother and baby post delivery.

It was a great and nice experience in Shanbhag Hospital. The way they take care patients and show love and affection them was nice. The staffs including from nurse to housekeeping all are lovable and caring.
From the day when I came to the hospital for the confirmation about my pregnancy the way they take care of me and my baby was so good. The way they give suggestions for pregnancy ladies and for the fetus was so good. My BP was high at the time of delivery and they said at certain point of time we have to do C section but my husband said will wait and do normal delivery. Coming to the nurses the way they took care of me when BP was high was so nice. Each shift nurses they took special care of me. When my baby was born on normal delivery all the shift nurses was so happy. The way they explained about how to feed baby and take care of them was so good. All the housekeeping staffs were good and caring persons. It was very nice experience in Shanbhag Hospital and I recommend everyone to come here to have a safe pregnancy.

Dr Geetha ma’am is very well known gynaecologist in my family where most of my cousins have been treated for various issues and now their issues have been resolved leading a normal life. I flew from Melbourne to India to be treated by Dr Geetha ma’am as suggested I underwent scanning upon investigation suggested with treatment. As per advice underwent hysterectomy.
Dr Geetha ma’am is very open and friendly with patient, clearly explains the problem and also advice if left untreated what severity patient will face.
