We were hopeful of normal / natural birthing so the very first and only choice of hospital was Shanbhag Hospital. We are extremely grateful to Dr Geetha. The sincere guidance, support, feedback and confidence she gave us helped us greatly in managing the journey through pregnancy and labour.
With immense knowledge, experience and wisdom she holds the empathy she showed and clear communication she had with us helped us sail through the pregnancy and delivery without fear and anxiety. Hospital staff starting from front desk, ward boys, lab technicians, aayas, nurses, doctors have empathy and service as their motto and it is very evident in their actions.
The admission process was smooth and fast. The wards are clean and tidy. Ward goes through frequent cleaning and will always be neat.
The constant support and words of affirmation by every department in the hospital towards natural birthing created a positive atmosphere, reduces anxiety and elevates one’s confidence in the process of labour. Nursing staff had great impact on the labour process and would like to thank the team for taking such good care of the mother during labour and both mother and baby post delivery.
